Our Mission

The mission of fit knowts is to provide trainers, coaches, and athletes with the best in health and fitness knowledge.  By delivering high-quality information in a timely, convenient, and clear way our summaries make it easier to transform information into actionable knowledge.

Selection Criteria

We utilize demanding selection criteria when screening books to add to the fit knowts Library, and seek out the most relevant publications across a range of health and fitness interests.  For quality assurance, each book added to the fit knowts Library is evaluated and scored based on our selection criteria prior to being added to the fit knowts Library.  The rights and permissions have been granted by the publishers for all of the titles within our Library.
